Admissions Arrangements

We are a Voluntary Aided Church School and so our Governing Body is the admission authority.   The Governors make an annual decision on how the admissions process will be managed and for 2015-2016, 2016-2017 and 2017-2018 this has been delegated to the School Admissions Team at Dorset County Council.  Parents wishing their children to be admitted to the school should complete the Common Application Form in line with the Local Authority Co-ordinated Admission Scheme at

Please find enclosed Cranborne CE VA First School Admission Policy 2018/19 for consultation.  This policy will be posted on the school website and if you should wish to comment on the changes made please respond for the attention of the Chair of Governors at Consultation begins today, Thursday 15th December 2016 and concludes at midday on Thursday 26th January 2017.
